Rupak Desai

Rupak Desai, Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Samtek Inc. is a result-oriented and accomplished executive with decades of experience in the healthcare information technology arena. He is passionate about applying his skills and expertise for serving the greater good. He has proudly spearheaded and led large projects of national importance that continue to improve the lives of millions of Americans. He believes in empowering people to build trust and relationships by demonstrating excellent work and he finds success in identifying and solving problems for his clients with a “get stuff done” attitude.

Outside of work he enjoys traveling, reading, playing (more so getting it right) golf, and watching football.

Faraaz Khan

Faraaz Khan, Vice President, Operations at Samtek. has over 15 years of experience helping government, public and private sector enterprises build and reliably operate Cloud Platforms in highly regulated and innovative environments. A software engineer by trade, Faraaz straddles the world of application development and modern infrastructure management, he is passionate about distributed systems, open source technologies, container platforms, and the cloud. Faraaz lives in suburban Dallas, TX with his wife and two kids.

In his free time he likes to take rides on his Harley Davidson Night Rod, play cricket and chess, read books and travel.

Mayank Goswami

Mayank Goswami, Vice President (VP) of Consulting at Samtek Inc. has an outstanding ability to identify, address, and process system gaps, thus ensuring seamless workflow and overall operations. By leading high-caliber teams and collaborating with key stakeholders, he has accomplished complex projects and launched successful programs with proven optimal results. He has managed multiple programs and portfolios with business revenue north of $300M over his 25 years career. He has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master's degree in Computer Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. He is also a veteran and served in the U.S. Army National Guard.

He is an avid sports and movie fan and enjoys music from the 1980s era.

Swetha Nandyala

Swetha Nandyala, Vice President at Samtek has over 18 years of technical experience in architecture, design, and development in Healthcare and Federal Government consulting. Swetha joined Samtek in 2020 and played an active role in strengthening Samtek’s growth and strategic needs. In her role as the Chief Cloud Architect for Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), her primary focus is on establishing best practices and leading cross-functional, distributed & diverse teams of technologies for CMS’s cloud contract .Prior to joining Samtek, Swetha served CGI Federal over a decade and played a key role in developing and delivering critical solutions across various CMS business units. She is a natural leader and mentors with a proven record of recruiting, training, motivating, and coaching technical teams. She holds a Masters’s in Computer Science from Temple University, Philadelphia.

Pinal Jariwala

Pinal Jariwala, Senior Director of Delivery at Samtek is a seasoned leader with a proven track record of delivering impactful business solutions. She is adept at building high-performance and agile teams that seamlessly collaborate with the customer to deliver tangible business value with speed and quality. She brings over 18 years of experience developing strong Agile frameworks, implementing continuous improvement methodologies, driving key initiatives, and delivering innovative solutions in the healthcare, telecommunications, and financial industries. She has a strong business acumen to understand customer needs and translate them into digital solutions that enable rapid business outcomes. Pinal holds a Masters in Information Systems from Stevens Institute of Technology, NJ, and an MBA from Gujarat University, India. She is also a Certified Scrum Master and Certified SAFe Agilist.

Beyond work, Pinal is an accomplished dancer, a passionate cook, and an avid traveler.

Arian Jurkofsky

Arian Jurkofsky, Senior Director of Security and Cloud Operations at Samtek Inc. has over 21 years of technical and security experience within the federal and healthcare space. He is currently the Security Operations Center (SOC) Manager for the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), focusing on proactive security monitoring and alerting to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of CMS's systems and their data. Arian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and uses this background to look for opportunities for automation, self-service, and overall process improvements. Prior to joining Samtek, he was integral in CMS's initial move to the cloud, ensuring a safe and secure environment for their public-facing websites that are used by millions of beneficiaries.

In his spare time, Arian enjoys reading, hiking, and playing board games with his family.

Yonas Robi

Yonas Robi, Senior Director of Cloud and Network Operations at Samtek Inc. is a hands-on technical architect and technologist with over 16 years of experience in implementing business-critical and large scale applications. His background includes managing federal and commercial projects that range from strategic planning, requirements gathering, implementation, testing to post-deployment operations.

In his spare time, Yonas enjoys spending time with his family, reading, playing poker and traveling.

Daniel Kingshot

Dan has worked extensively in the field of technology over the past 25 years, holding senior technical and leadership roles at HPE, Expedia, BestBuy, Nordstrom, and other e-commerce and technology companies. His areas of expertise include large-scale application delivery, distributed mutl-CSP multi-region systems, systems reliability engineering, and talent development.  Born in the EU, Dan moved to the US at the end of 2010 with his wife and currently lives in Southern Washington State with her and their 5 cats. In his spare time, Dan is a keen Amateur radio operator and can often be heard as K7NGS on ft8 between 7mhz and 21mhz.
